Sierra Pacific Industries manufactures wood products using high-tech innovative machinery and are looking for a skilled electricians to join our growing team. Primary duties include troubleshooting motor control circuits, 24VDC/120VAC control circuits, maintain and upgrade control systems. Qualified applicant will have 2 years verifiable work experience in the above duties. Knowledge of Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix 5000), motion control servo and temposonics is a plus. Qualified applicant will have 2 years verifiable work experience. Required to have knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and programming, motor control circuits, 480 volt 3-phase AC/DC motors, starters, electrical and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of Allen-Bradley and mechanical repair is a plus. Working with a team focused on developing cutting edge projects can be fast paced and, at times, demanding. May consist of day or swing shift work, with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times.
