Currently, we are seeking a qualified CNC Programmer to work with our Windows division based in Medford, WI.

About The Position
• Program CNC equipment.
• Analyze manufacturing drawings to develop/prepare CNC programs for multiple axis machining operations.
• Oversee CNC programming in multiple departments and work closely with manufacturing to prioritize production.
• Create descriptions and related set up instructions for tooling and fixturing requirements.
• Order necessary tooling and work closely with engineers on new product introduction.
• Determine and utilize proper speeds, feeds, and reference point locations.
• Read and understand blueprints and shop drawings.
• Create source files and machine code in a controlled computer environment.
• Responsible for new and revised programs.
• Assist operators in interpretation of instructions and in making adjustments to produce parts within the capabilities of the equipment.
• Maintain quality and manufacturing standards while adhering to the guidelines of a safe work environment.

Qualifications
• At least 2 years' experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• 1 year CNC programming experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD and Solidworks required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under demanding circumstances.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to train and work with CNC Operators.
